Payment Processing

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Any attempt to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:
Immediate account termination
Permanent ban from our services
Legal action to recover losses plus a ₹5,000 penalty fee

Pricing Changes

We may change prices at any time. Existing subscriptions will continue at the original rate until renewal.

Termination

We may terminate your access immediately and without notice for:

Payment disputes or fraud
Creating legal risk for us
Any other reason at our sole discretion

No Appeal Process

Terminated accounts lose all access and data permanently. We are not obligated to provide explanations or reinstatements.

AI-Specific Disclaimers

You agree NOT to use our AI for:

Academic cheating or plagiarism
Any high-risk applications

No Support Guarantee

We currently provide no customer support channels. All use is self-service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ultra AI, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
